I will provide you access to trade pricing through my supplier, allowing you to purchase components at cost without any additional commission or markup. In the event that I am unavailable, you can always deal directly with the supplier ensuring a straightforward process for handling any future warranty claims.”

Since the components are purchased individually, each item comes with its own extended warranty. For example, motherboards typically carry a 3-year warranty through the supplier, some components offer up to 5 years of coverage, and Corsair memory sticks have warranties lasting up to 999 years.

As each component carries its own warranty, I do not place a warranty seal on the case. This allows you the freedom to open your PC for upgrades or maintenance, without the risk of voiding your warranty.

Since a custom PC is built from a combination of individual components, future upgrades can be carried out with ease. However, with major advancements in technology, it may occasionally be necessary to upgrade multiple parts simultaneously—such as the motherboard, memory, and CPU—to ensure full compatibility.

The system build will include a fixed labour fee, which covers both the assembly of the PC and ongoing aftercare support. Additional options, such as a reputable antivirus software package, are available if desired, although you are welcome to use your own preferred solution.

Given the wide range of case options available, I will provide detailed links and expert advice to help you make a well-informed decision. Throughout our discussions, I will highlight key differences—such as superior cooling capabilities or enhanced support for future upgrades—to ensure you select the case best suited to your requirements. Likewise, motherboards come with a variety of features and specifications, and I will clearly explain these differences to guide you in choosing the most appropriate option for your system.

The absolute best customer service I have ever received i was scammed by a company using Amazon for a fake cpu and max explained every detail i could ever need any and all questions answered even helped me chase the company for a refund which i sadly couldn’t get but if u need anything to do with computing i would recommend highly to ring max i was on the phone for 2 hours with max he explained in detail what i needed and how the cpu works and how my fake one would work but very good with prices fair and honest

I was in need of a new gaming pc for performance and aesthetics, I came to Max telling him my needs and what I would like the aesthetic to be and must I say he delivered over my expectations.

He was very helpful in helping decide what parts would be the best and even helped place all the orders which were ordered to him as I needed the pc as soon as possible.

From the point of first interaction, 2 days later I had a pc ready to collect, all next day delivery on the parts and Max had it built, tested and ready for me to pick up which I thought was unbelievable service.

Throughout the building process Max sent me regular photos and videos of the build which I loved and when it came to testing he sent me videos explaining what he was doing and showed me the performance which I was shocked by as it was so powerful.

Overall it’s without a doubt 10/10s across all boards and I would recommend Max to everyone.

I am SO utterly delighted with my 7800X3D and 4070S build.

Ordered on Wednesday last week and collected fully built and operational a few (4) days later – a seamless, and carefully shepherded purchase process where I effectively bought the parts from Scan (whom I trust and think are great), had them delivered to Max, and he worked his magic, keeping me informed every step of the way.

I was having issues with my pc so I rang max near to closing time on a Saturday. Took it down and wasn’t expecting him to even look at it till the new week started.
